Terms and Conditions - Our 100% Clean Guarantee

ScottyK Cleaning Service must be notified as soon as possible regarding defects in the cleaning so that we may address the concerns in a timely manner.

The Guarantee only covers items or areas invoiced and may not mean the redo of an entire cleaning package nor include additional items or areas.

The Guarantee only covers work provided and booked via ScottyK Cleaning Service, no other services are covered.

The Guarantee can only be invoked by the person, or agent acting on behalf of the person, who booked the ScottyK Cleaning Service.

The Guarantee is only valid for 5 working days from the date the cleaning service was performed and where:

1. No building or maintenance work has been carried out at the property during or after the cleaning service was performed, including but not limited to; renovation work, flooring replacement/repair, painting and decorating, plumbing or electrical work and other such similar services.

2. The property has only had normal to light foot traffic during or after the cleaning service was performed, this exclusively excludes but is not limited to excluding; parties being held or other such large social gatherings at the property, home-open/house viewings or any other similar activities.*

3. The property has not been left open or unlocked, unattended or had unwanted persons enter (security breach) after the cleaning service was performed.

4. The property has not been damaged in any way, shape or form, during or after the cleaning service was performed, be this from, for example, adverse weather or environmental events, persons, or animals.

The Guarantee will be honoured on the same clean at the same property up to a maximum of 3 times, after that ScottyK Cleaning Service will cease to re-attend the property in dispute of that clean.

The property must be in a liveable condition at the time the cleaning service was performed for the Guarantee to be honoured, this includes but is not limited to:

1. The property is structurally sound.

2. The property's access routes are unobstructed.

3. There are no issues with feral animals or insect infestations in or on the property.

4. The property has safe access to electricity and lights, and safe access to running hot and cold water in all areas to be serviced.

ScottyK Cleaning Service accepts no responsibility for bonds held back by real estate agents or owners nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued.
